"As a former COO with Innovative Objects, Chris was my right hand man when it came to improving our IT capabilities there. Together we built a stellar team that was able to construct and manage a Tier 3 data center. The IT team, under Chris' leadership, was able to remotely migrate the data for one of FTC's landmark cases.

When trouble occurred with a database, the sever one resided on, or even software/servers that maybe only remotely touched the databases, Chris would always be there to step in and give his all to get the issue resolved. Chris also took charge of handling and improving software deployments from Watco's programmers into the DEV, QA and PRD environments. By doing so he considerably improved the consistency of these deployments, and implemented better version controls.

After taking on his previous responsibilities at Watco, I've found first hand that the documentation he created over time was clear and concise on how to handle the various tasks he had to do. He has also done considerable work to improve and automate the processes involved that it's helped simplify the process further insuring the consistency of the deployments."
